You are the quality controller for work performance to revolutionize the way people work effectively via Sabbar’s 21st-century staffing.


You'd be learning about how to build effective operational processes, manage staff remotely, build scalable organizational systems, improve worker performance, and develop a hard-working community of workers. What you'll do and learn?

  • Monitor overall performance of Sabbar workers
  • Define marketplace policies to incentivize good behavior
  • Build and conduct workshops to enhance the skills of workers
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to offer training opportunities
  • Help build and maintain a top-quality worker pool of Sabbarians

Job requirements

  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to get insight from chaos
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle different tasks at the same time
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Great interest in problem-solving and identifying issues and challenges
  • Patience and grits to own projects end-to-end from planning to delivery
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
